Health and emergency:

- Sun cream
- Poss. required medication
Don’t forget:
- Mobile phone (fully charged)
- Photo camera
For the break:
- Drinks (ca. 1l)
- Snack (Sandwich, cereal bar resp. chocolate)
If you are on a multi-day ski tour (e.g. Silvretta transition), you need in addition to the packing list equipment for overnight and provisions.
